The production of our olive oil begins with the careful selection of the best organically grown olives. Our olives come from traditional groves where the trees thrive in optimal conditions and the fruit is harvested by hand to preserve its quality and freshness.
As soon as the olives are harvested, the processing process begins. The gentle cold pressing preserves the authentic taste, while valuable ingredients such as unsaturated fatty acids and polyphenols are preserved as best as possible. This process is carried out exclusively by mechanical methods, without the use of chemicals or excessive heat, which ensures that our olive oil can be described as

During pressing, the olives are carefully ground and the resulting paste is gently separated by centrifugation. This is how we obtain an oil that is as pure and high quality as nature intended. Our strict quality controls ensure that each batch of our olive oil meets the highest standards - in terms of taste, aroma and chemical values.
After pressing, the olive oil is stored in containers protected from light to preserve its freshness and quality. We bottle our oil in dark green glass bottles to protect it from light and heat so that it reaches you in perfect condition. Each bottle is equipped with a practical dropper cap to make dosing easier and avoid waste.
